Anne Mullins is the Director of Vital Arts, the arts and health organisation for Barts Health NHS Trust. Vital Arts has an expert team that delivers a pioneering arts programme to enhance the healthcare environment for one of the UK’s most deprived communities.
Formerly Director of North Kensington Arts, one of west London’s most successful arts development agencies, developing a new Creative Hub for the area, by providing artists and designers with cultural work experience, exhibitions, and associated public programming.
Prior to this, Anne worked for 10 years as a public art curator commissioning temporary visual arts exhibitions and festival programmes for clients including, National Maritime Museum, Canary Wharf, Islington International Festival, London Boroughs of Brent, Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets. In 2000, she curated the pioneering and highly successful visual arts exhibition, Art in Sacred Spaces, which featured 12 leading artists creating work for 12 places of worship all over north and east London of different faith communities.
Anne will be judging the Public Realm category.
