Why did you make this work:
I participated in a group exhibition entitled "The Pink Period", inspired by Picasso's Pink Period. My piece was inspired by my own pink period, my pregnancy. I chose to reflect on a moment of inner peace and patience in this slow growth process.

How was the illustration used:
The illustration was exhibited in a group exhibition on Jaffa Museum.

Alona is an illustrator based in Israel. Graduated from Bezalel Academy Of Arts And Design with a Bachelor's in Visual Communication and have been working as an illustrator since. She works mainly in publishing and her inspiration is derived from nature, people and stories. She loves the adventure that comes with every new project and telling stories via images.
