Why did you make this work:
To reflect the experiences of a diverse group of people interviewed, including a Chef, Author, Artist, Explorer and Ambassador, as to what their perfect summer is.

How was the illustration used:
On the Financial Times website, interspersed with text.

How did you make this work:
As the images have a time based / animated element, I was able to bring in extra details which were looped to help capture the moment. For the opening image, we see a person dreaming of the time ahead, transitioning away from their place of work.

Biography:
