Why did you make this work:
The brand offers a wide range of 100% natural honey, which comes from Masuria, one of the most pristine regions of Poland. 'Pan Mazur' has a unique taste and aroma as well as invaluable health properties. The brand guarantees that the honey is unsweetened, not enriched with dyes, preservatives, or flavorings. The task was to design labels with eye-catching illustrations and a photoshoot.

How was the illustration used:
The illustrations were used as the main element of the labels designed for the natural honey jars. They were also used on postcards added to the delivery box.

How did you make this work:
The name of the brand 'Pan Mazur' (Mr. Masuria) was an inspiration to create the protagonist. The illustrations are focused on the brand hero – the Masurian beekeeper who appears surrounded by the energetic colors of honey plants. Illustrations are made by hand with ink and gouache. Their imperfection reflects the natural and rural character of the brand.

Aleksandra Badura is a brand designer and illustrator from Poland. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in 2019 and currently working in a design studio. She is most passionate about children's illustrations. She loves to tell stories through her illustrations and create extraordinary charming characters. She likes traditional techniques such as ink, gouache, watercolor, and crayons.
