Shion Minabe is a Japanese illustrator, manga artist and caricature artist.
Since going independent in 2020, He has worked on projects for clients such as the NBA and Bleacher Report.
With roots in manga and caricature, Shion’s art is more than a photographic representation of a person’s character – personality, individuality, aura, mood, and charm.
He is passionate about conveying the appeal of athletes in a sometimes dynamic, sometimes comical way.
