I’ve been a freelance illustrator since 2000, live in Kent, and have produced work for clients that include, BBC Audiobooks Ltd, The Guardian, Hodder Children’s Books, Cambridge University Press, Orion Children’s Books, British Medical Journal, Saturday Evening Post, International HIV/Aids, Royal National Theatre and Imbibe and Squaremeal magazines.I am inspired by pop culture of all kinds, especially cartoons, cinema, comic books, science fiction, and gothic horror. I have an enduring love of mythology and folk tales, becoming instantly hooked after discovering the tales of the Norse gods and heroes as a child. I now own far too many books which battle for shelf space with assorted figurines and objects of brightly coloured plastic and glass.
