Nurbanu received her BFA degree in Design & Technology from Parsons School of Design in 2009.
Since then, she gained extensive experience in the freelance field and danced between doing commissioned illustrations/animated works for children's books, editorial and commercial/corporate projects. In February 2016, she completed her latest animated documentary, Invisible Walls: Tales of Insecurity, which is currently in the international festival circuit and received a 'Special Jury Price' from 6. Human Rights Film Festival in Turkey.
Nurbanu currently lives in London and studies MA in Screen Documentary at Goldsmiths University of London as a Chevening Scholar. She is available for commissions.SHARE FOLIO
