Nathalie Guinamard is an artist / illustrator working with both mixed media collage and traditional graphite drawing. In 2015 she worked on a project running for the entire year, to do a drawing every single day, aptly named… “Drawing a Day”. Nathalie Guinamard completed a PgDip at Chelsea College of Art and Design in 2012 and graduated from The Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art, Oxford in 2007. Shortly after graduating from the Ruskin, she was short-listed for the Jerwood Drawing Prize 2007. In 2008 she was included in ARTfutures and the Red Mansion Art Prize exhibition, following a residency in Beijing as well as an exhibition at Alan Cristea Gallery with three other emerging artists. In 2009 she was commissioned by the Royal Mail to design a special edition stamp for the 2012 Olympics. In 2012 she was shortlisted for the National Art Open Art Prize, exhibiting at the Minerva Theatre, Chichester and The Prince’s Foundation, London. She was a selected artist for ING Discerning Eye in 2014 and has been keeping herself busy since then with graphic design and illustration. Illustration clients include Faber, WeMove.EU, Sally Potter, TES and Condé Nast.
