I’m Molly Russon, an illustrator and final year student at Cambridge School of Art, now living and working from my studio in London.
I am fascinated by people and their lives, both past and present, and I love to tell their stories through my illustration. I also like to look and find the little things that connect us as human beings; a shared quiet moment or a knowing glance- small observations of the oddities of life.
I also find inspiration in my love of history and the stories I can find there, as well as my interest in all things folk (lore, culture, art and craft).
I create my illustrations both traditionally and digitally- drawing and painting either in my sketchbook or on my iPad. I also create animations and really love working with ceramics.
I love my work and hope that you do too!
