I’m Laura Barnard, an illustrator living in Peterborough in the UK. I create colourful illustrated maps that combine tiny details, quirky buildings and hand-drawn typography along with a well-thought-out hierarchy of information.
I’ve been a freelance illustrator for a decade, having previously worked in the world of graphic design, project management and print production. Illustration clients over the years have included The British Council, RIBA Journal, Populous, Persil, HP, Beam Global, Sainsbury’s, BMW, Chipotle, Monotype, Ernst & Young, London Fashion Week and the NHS.
If you’re looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-conscious illustrator to help your project run smoothly, drop me a line.
