I?ve been a freelance illustrator since 2001. I love pictures that tell a story and stories told with pictures. After too many years spent staring at a computer screen, I went analogue in 2009. These days I like to work with a dip pen, ink, watercolour and goache. (Although Photoshop still helps.)My work has featured in magazines, children?s books, television programmes and digital media. I?ve also written and illustrated two children?s books, The Adventures of Penny the Postie. The character was created for Guernsey Post and the books include special sets of postage stamps, which I also designed. My work has been selected by the Association of Illustrators for Images, volumes 35 and 36, showcasing the best of British illustration.I live near Lyme Regis, Dorset, with my wife, two children and an assortment of slightly deranged chickens.
