I am a free-lance illustrator with over thirty years of experience in variety different areas. Originally rom Hartlepool I now live near the beautiful city of Durham. As a child I was always interested in drawing, books and comics. From comics I learnt that the people who drew them were illustrators and from the age of about eight that was all I wanted to do. After college at Hartlepool and Leeds I have worked as an illustrator in many different disciplines. I am passionate about illustration, drawing and story telling. I have worked in advertisng, the greeting card industry, painted pub signs, but my real love is using pictures to tell a story.I have worked for Marvel comics working on many of their titles, but predominantly Transformers. For 2000AD I have worked on Judge Dredd, Future Shocks and Judge AndersonI have produced my own graphic novels and spent five years adapting the Lion Graphic Bible, which to date has sold around 900,000 copies in thirty co editions. The French edition won a prize at the Angouleme Festival. I have just returned to Bible adaptations with the Lion Comic Book Hero Bible, were I have both written and drawn the New Testament. I am also represented by Graham-Cameron Illustration.
