I am a Finnish born, UK based illustrator and freelance pattern designer. Scandinavian culture and mythology influence my work and I love creating nature inspired scenes with lots of detail and flow. I have a great eye for colour and love my work to be playful, as well as intricate.

Majority of my designs are hand drawn, after which they are digitised and worked on, either on Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Occasionally I work completely digitally, particularly in vector style.

I am happy to work on commissions and have worked with various clients, both in analog (book publishing) and digital worlds (web graphics). My designs are printed on cards, stationery and other products – and I love seeing my art come alive on products!
