As part of our new ‘Spotlight On’ series, join us for an informal lunchtime talk with award winning author and illustrator, Neal Layton. Neal has the ability to delve into the science and interpret it in such a way that young children can understand, and he’ll be discussing his recent picture books A Climate in Chaos and A Planet Full of Plastic.
We will then have a Q&A for any questions you would like to ask Neal, including his perspective on illustrating during lockdown.
We introduced our Spotlight On sessions as a casual, social activity, to connect our community during these unusual times. Keep an eye out for more lunchtime chats with inspiring illustrators being announced over the next few weeks.
Neal’s talk will be hosted on Demio, once you have registered you will receive a link to the session (there is no need to sign up for a trial or an account). Spaces are limited to 50 people.
