The AOI will hold the Annual General Meeting on Monday 24 May at 6pm. This will be held on Zoom and is open to all members to attend. We’d love to see as many of you as possible and would like to spend some time listening to your experiences of the past year and understanding how we can best emerge from the pandemic as individual illustrators and as an industry.
At the meeting we will present the accounts and a summary of what the AOI delivered through the financial year 2019-2020. You can see the agenda here.
We will ask members to vote on the appointment of Directors. Each member has one vote. If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to vote, you must appoint a proxy – someone who can attend and vote for you. To do this you must complete a form and return it to the AOI by Wednesday 19 May 2021. To get a copy of the form please email [email protected].
