Why did you make this work:
Mosquito Books commissioned me to illustrate this book after seeing my work for Savanna Books' children's magazine "Pantera" (Panther).

How was the illustration used:
All illustrations are from the book "Evolutivos".

How did you make this work:
I use vector synthesis, working with geometric expressionism, looking for original and surprising compositions with a limited use of colour palettes, which help to give strength to the whole. The beauty of this is that the reader sees an attractive illustration and, once assimilated, can see that everything is built from geometries, which does not detract one iota of warmth.

Biography:
I was born, grew up and live in Alicante (Spain) surrounded by comics, for which I profess true love. They are the main culprits for my professional drawing. That is why it is perhaps curious that I decided to study graphic design, a profession that I discovered later on. Actually, I alternate my work as illustrator, graphic designer and comic book author.
