Zhang Zhong Yang has a visual Communication Major of Yokohama National University College in Japan. He has been working in the graphic design field for a decade, and has always kept his passion for illustration. In 2007, he founded Shenzhen Illustration Association and managed seven China Illustration Biennials to this day.
Zhang Zhong Yang will be judging the Design, Product and Packaging category.
