This illustration is a tribute to how I feel in the subway. I decided to create this illustration to challenge myself ; as I really love to draw women, it was a great exercise to draw boys and girls mixed in a huge crowd. Plus, the monochromatic way of dealing with the image was a great challenge. I also wanted to show the idea that you can still shine in a crowd of anger and sadness.
How was the illustration used: This illustration was a portfolio piece to practice character design.
How did you make this work: I started by drawing faces on a paper just to create some characters ; then I added them in a same page and tried to make them work together and create an overcrowded feeling. I work with Procreate on Ipad.

Biography:
Passionate illustrator, Lavilletlesnuages lives in Paris where she creates and plays with colors and words. After 5 years of study at Penninghen and a diploma in her pocket, she embarked on the adventure of illustration to share her vision of the world that she wishes colorful and positive. She's passionate about conveying messages through her creations. She likes to touch all the supports of the image and the communication, that it is for the press (Bayard), the digital (Nike, Orangina), or the television (L'Oreal), the field of the possibilities is infinite. In addition to illustration, Louise likes to explore new media such as textile design or ceramics.
