Usage: Illustrations for the classic russian novel ‘La Reina de Picas / The Queen of Spades’ by the author Alexandr Pushkin.
Process: After reading it through a few times I write down the ideas that came up to my mind. Then its time to draw, choose and discard ideas… I work on paper drawing and making different textures, and afterwards, combine them in Photoshop.
Materials: Ink, pencil and digital.
