Image Type: Single Image

Usage: Internal magazine Illustration.

Process: Pencil drawings, imported into Adobe Illustrator and then finished in Adobe Photoshop making use of scanned printmaking and hand painted textures.

Materials: Pencil, Printmaking, Gouache and Ink.

Formats: Pencil and Digital.

Brief Requirements: To produce a powerful illustration on the sensitive subject of 'disability access' for an article titled 'Access for All' which questions ‘Is your campus truly welcoming to students with disabilities?’

Key Brief Ideas: Locks and keys came instantly to mind as a metaphor for the project.  After a little doodling and drawing the final image came to the fore as a strong solution.
