Brief Requirements: Create illustrations for a series of classic French nursery rhymes for young children.
Key Brief Ideas: Mère Michel has lost her cat and asks for help in finding it. In my illustration, I take the story a step further by making Mere Michel an artist, who has lost a number of cats, all of whom are named after artists whose names begin with the letter ‘M’. She is sad but will have the pleasure of painting a new portrait.
