This animation was used both to punctuate an event commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings, and online by a group campaigning for the abolition of Nuclear Weapons (ICAN).

The brief was to create six short animations depicting sections of our nuclear history, including the development of weapons, experiences of the hibakusha (bomb survivors), ecological damage, and hopes for a nuclear-free future.
