Why did you make this work:
Live Love Let Go is a graphic novel project inspired by ‘The Reason to Stay alive’ by British writer Matt Haig. The book is a life affirming memoir of Matt‘ s own struggle with depression. I extracted three short stories from ‘The reasons to stay alive’ which respectively documented how Matt learned to get along with life, love, and eventually have the courage to fight against his depression.

Zine, Independent Publishing.

I am a visual design student based in Shanghai now. In 2020, I will continue to study illustration in London.

Biography:
Weston is a visual storyteller based in Shanghai and Shenzhen. He is a Visual Communication design student of College of Design and Innovation, Tongji University and currently pursuing his new career as a viusal storyteller. Weston’s visual practices focus on communicating stories and emotions. He want to build an immediate and direct emotional connection with his audience.
