Story about Victor the taxi driver:
Victor is the best space taxi driver ever, but one day he gets bored and he decides to play a trick on his passengers: they ask to be taken somewhere, he takes them elsewhere! Despite all his efforts, eventually he finds out that there is no way for him to be successfully mischievous.
How was the illustration used: Children's book in Germany (Publisher: Tulipan)
How did you make this work: I decided to relocate the whole story into space (the text doesn't mention the location).
This way Victor and all his passengers become slightly more whimsical and I was able to add my own level to the book.
The final images are mixed media illustrations (handmade textures and Photoshop).The typo is handlettered by me too.
Published in German, still looking for an English publisher.
