I was asked to illustrate a story about a man finally released after being wrongfully imprisoned for 26 years, and finds himself lost in the face of freedom.
How was the illustration used: online
How did you make this work: I decided to place the key subjects on the far right of the composition, leaving a great negative space; this composition is to signify the blank pages of his life that cannot be filled due to his incarceration.
