We’re delighted to announce that we have a new World Illustration Awards team member, Helen Ridley. Helen joins us as an Awards Assistant to support the WIA team. “I’m totally thrilled to be working on the World Illustration Awards. I have followed the awards closely since their inception in 2015 and I can’t wait to learn more about the fantastic long listed illustrators for the WIA 2022″

An illustrator and surface pattern designer, Helen has been featured in a range of publications from Outdoor Swimmer to Stylist magazine. She also works as a live portrait artist at weddings and events, as well as hosting art and illustration workshops in Reading, UK.

“Working in live events is a great complement to my role with the World Illustration Awards team. I’m looking forward to bringing my knowledge of hosting live events and working as a live illustrator, as well as my experiences working in the illustration industry”.
