AI Annual Awards 2016 – extension

AI – Associazione Autori di Immagine Italy – has extended their call for entries for AI Annual Awards 2016: the most comprehensive Italian publication on Illustration in Italy and Europe. It offers a prestigious showcase for established and emerging Image authors to share their work on an international platform.

Annual 2016 is open to all illustrators worldwide working in any sector (publishing, animation, comic, fashion, tc) who have published work in Italy or who would like to share their unpublished work.

The Call for entry is open now and you now have until 15 November 2015 to submit your work.

Selection of entries is carried out by a judging panel of industry experts:

Lorenzo Bolzoni, editor BAO publishing,

Anna Caporusso, head of education Palazzo Reale Milano,

Massimo Guastini, Chairman ADCI Art Directors Club Italy,

Giulia Maldifassi, Head of Communications Feltrinelli,

Ilaria Maurri, Press office Carthusia.

All entries are judged anonymously to ensure selections are unbiased.

The Annual publication and Awards will be launched and distributed at Bologna Children’s book fair, catching the interest and attention of a broad range of editors and art directors in Italy and abroad.

Thanks to the AOI partnership with European Illustrators Form (EIFall EIF (AOI) Members can take advantage of the special AI Member discount to enter the publication.
