Robert L Peters, CGD, FGDC, is a graphic designer and the principal of CIRCLE, a design consultancy he co-founded in Winnipeg, Canada in 1976. He is a former president of Icograda (now Ico-D), a foreign feature correspondent for Communication Arts magazine, author of the book Worldwide Identity, and a Fellow of the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada (GDC).
Robert is active internationally as a consultant and design strategist, policy advisor, writer, juror, and guest lecturer. He was raised and schooled in Germany, Switzerland, and England, and has traveled extensively (more than 60 countries). When not immersed in art and design, he enjoys nature, rock climbing, mountaineering, and human-powered outdoor activities.
